Trademark Monitoring

I am currently in the process of a major rebrand for my company and product, and Ben at Trademark Engine was incredibly helpful. I needed to update the owner name on my pending application from my old entity to my new one (Axymi LLC). I have been going through the Trademark process for a couple of years now, starting with an attorney who laughed at my trademark idea, and clearly thought it was dumb. The second attorney I presented my idea to was more positive; but quit his job 1/2 way through my application. Neither communicated much about the process. I pivoted over to Trademark Engine at that point, and this is where ELLA helped my idea to fruition. The service I received from ELLA and a couple other representatives, far exceeded the two attorneys that came before. My trademark was approved then rather quickly, even before I was ready; and once again Trademark Engine and ELLA assisted with the extensions I needed. ELLA provided great customer service and calm, knowledgeable direction throughout the process. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will recommend them every chance I get!
